Abstract
Managing hostel accommodation in schools and universities can be challenging, especially when records are handled manually. Issues such as room allocation errors, poor record-keeping, overbooking, and difficulty in tracking payments often arise from traditional paper-based systems. These challenges can lead to confusion, delays, and dissatisfaction among students and administrators.
This study focuses on the design and development of a computerized hostel management system aimed at improving efficiency, accuracy, and organization in hostel administration.
