Abstract
This paper presents the design and implementation of a QR Code-based Attendance System aimed at simplifying and automating attendance tracking in educational and workplace environments. Traditional methods of taking attendance are often time-consuming, error-prone, and vulnerable to manipulation. The proposed system uses unique QR codes assigned to each participant, which can be scanned via smartphones or QR readers to mark attendance instantly. The system records entries in a centralized database, allowing administrators to generate real-time reports and track attendance efficiently. Designed with a user-friendly interface, it ensures ease of use for both participants and administrators while maintaining data security and integrity.
