Abstract
This study presents the design and implementation of an RFID-based Attendance Management System aimed at improving the accuracy and efficiency of tracking attendance in educational and workplace settings. Traditional manual attendance methods are often time-consuming and prone to errors, whereas the proposed system leverages Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology to automate the process. Each individual is assigned a unique RFID tag, which is scanned upon entry to record attendance instantly in a centralized database. The system provides real-time monitoring, generates detailed attendance reports, and reduces the possibility of proxy attendance. Designed with a user-friendly interface, it allows administrators to easily manage records while ensuring data security.
